Thanks for your interest in my dayhome!
I have two part time Monday to Thursday spots available. I have other children whom I care for from age 2-5.5 years. Two of which are my own.
My hours are 7a.m- 5:00p.m, all my kids currently leave by 4:30p.m or a few minutes past and that has been working out good, I am flexible though.
I have a current criminal record check, child welfare check, and child care first aid with cpr training. As well as references.
A typical month includes:
*2 snacks and 1 lunch per day (plenty of different fruits and veggies)
* Child Care
*A craft or two weekly
*Receipts each month
*We have a b-day party for every child with cupcakes
*We also celebrate holidays, which we do a party and they get goodies.
*Outside play everyday and trips to the playground( weather permitting) We also take daily walks to the bus stop to pick up and drop off the kindergarten kids.
*We have themed days such as pyjama day, movie day, western day and jersey day
*New toys to play with all the time, I am always changing up the toys and activities to make it more interesting for the children.
*Daily circle time where we sing songs and learn to listen and participate. We have weekly themes for shapes, colors, animals, letters, and numbers. We also have a daily calendar and talk about the weather and other exciting things.
*Daily story time where we read stories that have to do with our circle time themes and the holidays at that time of year.
*Quiet time daily where the children whom require a nap can rest and the older children can play with games, puzzles, and other things quietly or sometimes watch a movie.
*And much much more!!!!
We have busy days here, full of lots and lots of fun!
